1. About KittuTrades
KittuTrades (available at kittutrades.shop) provides online tools intended to help users record trades, review trading activity, organise their trading process, view analytics and, where included in a selected plan, access trade-related signals or related content. The features available to you depend on the plan displayed at the time of purchase.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms to create an account or purchase a paid plan.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
- You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
- Do not share, sell, transfer or commercially exploit account access unless we have expressly authorised it.
3. Plans, prices and payments
Available plans, features, duration and prices are shown on our pricing and checkout pages. Prices are displayed in Indian rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. The amount shown on the final checkout screen, including any disclosed discount, tax or payment-related charge, is the amount presented for payment.
Payments are processed through Cashfree or another payment provider shown at checkout. The provider may apply its own terms and security checks. KittuTrades does not ask you to enter your card or UPI credentials into the KittuTrades checkout form.
A payment is not considered successful merely because you have returned to our website. Paid access is activated after payment confirmation is received and processed. If payment is deducted but your order remains pending, contact payments@kittutrades.shop with the order reference and transaction details; do not send passwords, OTPs or full card details.
4. Subscription access and duration
Paid access begins after successful payment confirmation and lasts for the duration shown for the selected plan or in your account/payment confirmation. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, do not assume that a plan automatically renews. You are responsible for checking the plan name, features, duration and total amount before confirming a purchase.
We may make reasonable changes to features, layout or technical implementation to maintain, improve or secure the service. We will not knowingly describe a feature as included in your current purchase if it is not available under that plan.
5. Trading risk and no guarantee
Trading in securities, foreign exchange, commodities, crypto-assets, derivatives and other financial products can involve substantial risk, including the loss of some or all of the money invested. Past performance, backtests, examples, analytics and signals do not guarantee future results. Market information can be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.
You make your own trading and investment decisions and are responsible for assessing suitability, risk, position size, leverage, broker terms and applicable laws. Do not trade money you cannot afford to lose. KittuTrades does not guarantee profits, accuracy of every signal, uninterrupted availability, or any particular trading outcome.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, use the platform for unlawful activity, or copy, resell, redistribute or publish paid content or signals without permission. You must not use automated methods to scrape or overload the website in a way that harms the service or other users.
7. Your data and content
You retain responsibility for the information and trade records you enter. You give KittuTrades permission to host, process, back up and display that information as reasonably necessary to operate your account and provide the features you request, subject to our Privacy Policy. Do not upload information you do not have the right to use.
8. Availability, suspension and termination
We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, outages, third-party failures or events beyond our reasonable control may interrupt access. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, non-payment, or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will try to provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
9. Intellectual property
The website, branding, interface, software and KittuTrades-created materials are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable law. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the paid features for the relevant subscription period; it does not transfer ownership to you.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every user's needs. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, KittuTrades will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss, trading losses, lost profits, or losses caused by decisions you make based on general information or signals. This clause does not limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including for fraud or wilful misconduct where the law does not permit exclusion.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, law or business practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Continued use after an update takes effect indicates acceptance where legally permitted.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are subject to applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by a competent forum in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this section takes away mandatory consumer rights or statutory remedies available to you.
